Lani Loves and The Reiki Panda: Chefin’ It Up, Vegan Style

We turned our sights to the kitchen for a big lunch! In the nature of teamwork, Panda handled the prepping and cutting and Lani handled the seasoning and cooking. We made cauliflower, tofu scramble, seasoned black beans, and broccoli slaw, all infused with freshly diced onions and minced garlic, topped off with avocado toast. We made a little too much, but we’ll gladly eat the leftovers later! (:
